What is the payment plan?

The payment plan for Ready to Move projects is 30:70 which means that the customer has to pay 30% of the deal value at the time of Agreement and 70% of the deal value at the time of registration of the property.

The payment plan for Under Construction project is 15:10:10:15:50 which means 15% of the deal value at the time of Agreement, 10% at the time of placement of 2nd Floor roof plate, 10% at the time of placement of 4th Floor roof plate, 15% at the time of launch sample floor and 50% at the time of Registration.

How much is the stamp duty /government fee while purchasing a property?

The stamp duty, or government fees, may vary depending on the location and the type of property you are planning to invest in.
If we go by the trend, the stamp duty on independent builder floors in Gurugram is:

6% – If the registration is in the name of a female

7% – If the registration is in the joint name of a male & female

8% – If the registration is in the name of a male or company

What are brand specifications for fittings in your property?

Are your floors Vaastu Compliant?

What is the time for registration after an agreement is signed?

Registration is done in under 45 days after agreement.
